re : Touchstone Committee 1975 Advocacy on behalf of the Child : Right To State Funded Legal Counsel Of Choice
It is our TC1975 respectful opinion that tragic and neglectful events as are recorded in this recent Turpel-Lafond Report, supra, warrant matters to be properly assessed and recorded in an official court decision as may arise under the UN Rights of the Child provisions. Courts must be seen to be reasonably available (Airey v. Ireland); non-biased; and, affordable (see; Lawyers Rights Watch @ IACHR re HTG v. Canada). This may be most appropriately decided at the UN International Court of Justice at the Hague / at the expense of Crown Canada (noting that most west coast indigenous Peoples are not treatied with Elizabeth II Canada).
These matters of fiduciary duty of care - as associated with the undertaking of the Oath of Allegiance and the Monarch's Coronation Oath to provide justice and mercy to all her Peoples, respecting customs and traditions so help her God - are best to be attended to on behalf of the estate of this deceased child in a Class Action (similar to the 60,000 claimants $15-billion Indian Day School Survivors by lawyer Joan Jack suit launched in 2009) suit at the UNICJ, forthwith, as a state v. state matter of paramountcy and fundamental human rights.
